Remove the hairs.

Use Brush Cleansers
Now, you could use homemade cleansers but that kind of takes a while to dry up. That is why Mac, Sephora, etc brands have created hairbrush cleansing products. These are usually in liquid forms.
All you have to do is cover and rub the brush with it and wait for a while. In the end, it takes around 20 minutes for the hairbrush to be ready for the next use. Some products are as fast as taking five minutes to dry up.

Another DIY but a longer method.
You can use alcohol or Vinegar on the comb to clean it fast. Apparently, most cleansers usually contain alcohol- the higher the amount the faster the process becomes. But, if you are not up for buying a cleanser, you can use hot water mixed with vinegar or alcohol. Then again, you will have to leave the comb in the water a bit to let it get disinfected.
